How Booking Works

Planning an event comes with a lot of moving parts. Holiday Lane Events is here to make one important piece feel simple, clear, and handled. We provide functional and decorative displays that elevate the experience of your celebration. Each event is unique, so we consult with you to get an idea of your vision and offer you input that helps you form a solid (yet spectacular) plan to decorate a space and delight your guests.

1. Inquire About Your Date

Start by submitting an inquiry so we can confirm availability and learn a bit about your event, date, and location.

2. Complimentary Consultation

We’ll schedule a brief consultation to talk through your vision, needs, timeline, and logistics. This helps ensure everything is a good fit from the start.

3. Receive Your Custom Estimate

After our conversation, you’ll receive a personalized estimate based on your event details and requested services. With your estimate, you will also receive a service agreement contract outlining full terms, responsibilities, and policies so everything is clear and aligned.

4. Reserve Your Date

A 50% deposit secures your event date and removes it from availability. Once your date is reserved, we move forward with planning and preparation.

5. Final Details & Invoice

Your final invoice is sent approximately 14 days prior to your event. Payment in full is due no later than 7 days before the event date.

6. Event Day Support

We deliver, set up, curate, break down and return our structural styling elements. You get to focus on enjoying the moment. Please note: because we are not a mobile bar or caterer, there are certain limitations to our legal permissions to handle food and beverage items. However, we can certainly help you or your catering team by offering guidance with this step. We are there to make sure the structures are assembled, the fabrics are fresh and wrinkle free and the focal points are all assembled for maximum wow factor and usability.
